This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, AHU/FCUs, Motors, Pumps, water temperatures etc.Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.Supporting fabric and facility repairs to improve the appearance of the buildingMonitor BMSDiagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.Requirements:A practical level 3 equivalent or higher in a Mechanical Engineering related field Mechanical, Heating, or Plumbing etc.Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.Knowledge of commercial building systemsAbility to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
