Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Buckinghamshire £48,000 Location: Amersham & High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire Salary: £48,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00) 1-in-5 Call-Out About the Role Were currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider, working across two buildings in Buckinghamshire.
Youll be part of a skilled engineering team, delivering planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across building plant and services within a healthcare environment. Your week will be split 50/50 between both hospitals, with occasional support required at the other site during the working day. Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical building plant and services. Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
Carry out servicing, fault-finding and remedial repairs on mechanical systems. Assist with commissioning and maintenance of mechanical plant and equipment. Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation. Requirements of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering. Proven experience in a commercial, healthcare or similar building environment. Strong mechanical maintenance and fault-finding skills. Must be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
