We are seeking a Technical Engineering Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operation of a diverse commercial property portfolio based in Westminster, London. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to lead a small engineering team and ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient site operations.

Salary: Up to £60,000 per year + package
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the engineering/maintenance team across multiple commercial sites.
- Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor contractors, service providers, and site operations to maintain high standards.
