Job Description Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer \n Location: Bristol \n Salary: £49k plus van and fuel card \n Purpose of the Job \n To complete maintenance and reactive repairs on the gas equipment and associated plant on site. \n Key Responsibilities \n ·Completing Statutory inspection of gas appliances on site and associated plant \n ·Complete reactive repairs on gas appliances on site and associated plant \n ·Overseeing Annual maintenance of Gas Network across the group \n ·Annual auditing of Gas maintenance of all site venues on contract \n ·Ensure all gas certification is up to date \n ·Assist on other jobs within skill set around site as needed \n ·Ensure a professional image of the company is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times. \n ·Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning. \n Skills and Experience \n 1.CCN1, CEN1, COCN1, CCCN1, CIGA1, CDGA, CIGA, COMCAT \n 2.5-10 Years Experience in a similar Role \n 3.Experience on working on large commercial boilers \n 4.Experience on work on Direct fired AHU's \n 5.Experience on commercial catering gas a bonus \n 6.Ability to communicate at all levels \n 7.Organised and disciplined approach to work giving careful attention to detail \n 8.Computer literate – Word, Excel \n Accountabilities \n 1.Accountable to the Supervisor \n 2.The post holder does not have any directly reporting staff \n 3.This post carries no direct budgetary responsibility \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
