An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a well-established organisation operating across London and the South East. This is a key role for someone who is passionate about driving high standards across Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Energy management systems, while promoting a strong and proactive safety culture. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, improving performance, and supporting senior management in delivering HSEQ strategy across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Energy Management Systems.
  • Ensure compliance with UK legislation and ISO standards.
  • Carry out audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
  • Drive continuous improvement across health & safety and wider compliance performance.
  • Produce performance reports and support senior management with HSEQ strategy.
  • Deliver training, inductions and toolbox talks across the business.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across operational and office-based teams.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a Health & Safety / HSEQ Management role.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum requirement).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.
  • Experience conducting audits, inspections and investigations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH Membership or Lead Auditor qualifications are advantageous.
