Maintenance Assistant

Our client is seeking a versatile and experienced professional to join their team in Abingdon. This is a varied role, offering the opportunity to work assisting different trades.

Duties include:

• Basic Caretaker tasks
• Health & Safety onsite
• Escorting subcontractors
• Stock checks and ordering of materials

Role Overview:

• Basic salary: £28,500
• Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
• 25 Shift Days AL + Bank Holidays

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform general handyman duties, including minor repairs and carpentry tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Escort and supervise subcontractors onsite when required.
• Participate in additional tasks such as decorative work or other maintenance as needed.

You will be part of a dedicated team, working on various projects onsite. This role comes with stability and the chance to develop further within a well-established company.
