An excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee M&E engineering operations across a national portfolio of commercial sites. This role will provide technical support, ensure compliance, and drive high standards of service delivery across multiple contracts.
Key Duties
- Provide technical leadership for mechanical and electrical services.
- Support site teams with compliance, maintenance, and engineering standards.
- Review RAMS, permits, and critical engineering documentation.
- Assist with client meetings, technical issues, and operational improvements.
- Oversee critical works including shutdowns and switching activities.
- Support engineer training, development, and performance.
- Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and service delivery.
Requirements
- Strong Building Services engineering background (mechanical or electrical bias).
- HNC/HND or Degree qualified in Engineering or Building Services.
- Experience in a senior engineering or technical management role.
- Good knowledge of statutory compliance and M&E maintenance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience across multi-site contracts preferred.
