Foot-Mobile M&E Supervisor City & West End £50-52k + Zones 1-2 Travel Card Introduction: A leading building services provider is seeking a Foot-Mobile M&E Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of high-end commercial offices across the City and West End. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong client-facing experience and a background in premium office environments. Role Overview: Youll be responsible for managing a small team of engineers across multiple sites, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations. This is a Monday to Friday role, with core hours of 8am5pm, and includes a Zones 12 travel card. Key Responsibilities: Supervising a small team of engineers across multiple central London sites Managing and delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and site-specific procedures Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships Leading on technical troubleshooting and escalation for M&E services Assisting with staffing, scheduling, audits, and site reporting Managing subcontractors and ensuring all work meets contractual standards Handling client meetings and dealing with escalated or sensitive issues professionally Qualifications & Experience Required: Minimum 35 years of supervisory or lead engineer experience Strong background in M&E building services within commercial or corporate office environments Recognised M&E qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical discipline) Excellent communication and client management skills Previous experience managing teams and high-end commercial contracts IT literate and confident in reporting and documentation On Offer: Basic salary of £50,000 £52,000 Zones 12 travel card 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays Pension scheme Supportive environment with training and progression opportunities TPBN1_UKTJ
