We are seeking a Technical Engineering Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operation of a diverse commercial property portfolio based in Westminster, London. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to lead a small engineering team and ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient site operations.

Location: Westminster, London
Salary: Up to £60,000 per year + package

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the engineering/maintenance team across multiple commercial sites.
• Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor contractors, service providers, and site operations to maintain high standards.
• Report on maintenance performance, budget, and operational issues to senior management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within commercial property engineering or facilities management.
• Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
