This is a rare client direct opportunity working for a major organisation in the Marylebone area. The role sits within an established in-house engineering team responsible for maintaining a high-end commercial environment to an exceptional standard.
This is not just a maintenance role. The business actively invests in engineers and will support the successful candidate in becoming a NICEIC registered engineer while also developing wider multiskilled knowledge across mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planned preventative maintenance across electrical systems
- Reactive fault finding and repairs
- Working on lighting, power, distribution boards, and electrical infrastructure
- Supporting electrical installation works and upgrades
- Inspection, testing, and remedial works
- Assisting with mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance tasks
- Supporting contractors during specialist works and shutdowns
- Updating compliance records, logbooks, and job sheets
- Working closely with the wider building services team to maintain site standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent
- 18th Edition NVQ Level 3 desirable
- Commercial building services experience
- Strong fault finding and maintenance background
- Willingness to learn multiskilled building services work
- Good communication and reporting skills
