Invictus are currently looking for a Gas Engineer to join a large company to help with the installation of gas components on kitchen upgrades in their social housing portfolio. This is a mobile position covering East and South London.
This is a temporary position lasting a minimum of 3 months before being reviewed by the client. Up to £24 PAYE per hour, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. A van and fuel card will be provided.
Job Duties
- Completing boiler services (CP12s), fault finding and breakdown repairs in residential properties across our portfolio.
- Ensuring routine servicing to gas fired boilers (central heating and hot water systems) are working to the required quality standards.
- Identifying any faults and where possible, rectifying these during the visit, issuing the completion certificate (CP12) where the systems meet the required safety and quality standards.
- Undertaking fault finding and repair work which could include replacement to heating and hot water system components (such as control boards, pipework, radiators etc).

- Core Domestic Gas Safety (CCN1)
- Combustion performance analysis (CPA1)
- Domestic Gas Central Heating, Boilers, and Water Heaters (CENWAT)
- Domestic Gas Cookers (CKR1)
- Domestic Gas Fires and Wall Heaters (HTR1)
