We are looking for an experienced Mobile Commercial Plumber to join our team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a diverse commercial property portfolio in East London.
Location: Stratford (East London)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per year, company van, fuel card, and deposit float for expenses
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PPM and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial sites.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with site teams and management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a commercial plumber.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Full UK driving license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- NVQ Plumbing Qualification.
