About the Role: I am seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join my clients team, to be based at a large commercial building in St Pauls. In this role, you will primarily oversee a team of 2-3 engineers who perform maintenance tasks. You will spend 50% of your time off the tools, focusing on leadership / supervisory duties, with the flexibility to assist with hands-on PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Assist with PPM and reactive maintenance tasks when required, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contract requirements.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
- Manage and enforce RAMs (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure maintenance tasks are performed to the highest standards and within compliance guidelines.
- Provide technical support to the engineering team to assist with M&E planned & reactive repair/maintenance tasks.
