Technical Services Manager
Salary: £65,000£70,000 per annum
Were currently looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager (TSM) to join a leading facilities management team, overseeing the delivery of technical services across a key client contract.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong critical/technical facilities management background , with solid electrical knowledge and experience managing engineering teams, contractors and client relationships.
The Role
Manage the day-to-day delivery of technical FM services
Lead and support engineering teams and specialist contractors
Ensure PPM, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance are delivered to a high standard
Manage client relationships and provide regular reporting
Drive service improvements, compliance and operational performance
Support with technical and engineering-related projects
