About the Business
InVictus Recruitment is partnering with a prominent, full-service commercial real estate consultancy to expand its established North West valuation division based in central Manchester. Operating globally across major financial markets, our client advises institutional investors, lenders, and major developers on multi-sector real estate portfolios.
Following strategic regional expansionincluding senior appointments aimed at growing their North West market sharethe Manchester team is seeking ambitious individuals ranging from APC Graduates through to Senior Surveyors.
Key Roles Available
- Graduate / APC Valuation Candidate (£26,000 £30,000+ + Car Allowance + Bonus):
Supporting Senior Directors across commercial and residential valuation instructions. You will assist with property inspections, conduct market evidence research, and draft valuation reports. Full APC study support and structured mentorship are provided to ensure you pass your RICS assessment.
- Newly Qualified to Senior Valuation Surveyor (£32,000 £55,000 + Car Allowance + Scalable Bonus):
Taking responsibility for managing valuation assignments, client liaison, and report sign-off for major commercial assets. You will work alongside a newly appointed Associate Director who is actively focused on team development, offering direct mentorship to help NQ Surveyors step up to Senior level, and Senior Surveyors progress towards Associate Director status.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate Level: RICS-accredited degree or equivalent path. A keen interest in property valuation is essential; prior valuation placement experience is beneficial but not required.
- NQ / Senior Level: MRICS qualified with proven post-qualification experience in commercial or residential valuation.
- Strong analytical skills, report-writing capabilities, and a commitment to career progression.
