The role:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans for business growth, and conducting market research to support business expansion.
The responsibilities:
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the security and facilities management industry.
Strong sales background with a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and networks with clients and key stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
A full UK driving license is required.
