An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Electrical Supervisor to join a leading facilities management company, covering a portfolio of care sites across London and surrounding areas.

This is a 50/50 hands-on and supervisory role, ideal for an experienced engineer looking to step into a leadership position while remaining technically involved.

The Role:
  • Supervising and supporting engineers across multiple sites.
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
  • Electrical maintenance across building services systems.
  • Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards.
  • Managing day-to-day site operations and supporting performance.
  • Acting as a point of contact for technical issues and escalation.
Package:
  • £47,000 - £50,000 basic salary
  • Company van/car and fuel card
  • Monday to Friday working pattern (8am - 5pm)
  • Overtime opportunities available
  • Call-out rota 1 in 4 (£100 standby)
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and birthday off

Requirements:
  • Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience desirable.
  • Strong building services / commercial maintenance background.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to pass DBS clearance (no criminal records).
