Multi Skilled Host - Birmingham - Temporary (Immediate Start) Location: Birmingham Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm Hourly Pay Rate: £18.04p/h Via Umbrella A World Leading Service Provider who operates on an International scale is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Host based in the Farnborough area on a Temporary Contract working in large corporate office site. The successful candidate would ideally need to be very client facing and has good experience working in a FOH environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
To deliver a world-class Front of House service to welcome clients, visitors, colleagues and business partners at all times To plan and priorities own work allocation according to the needs of the site as determined by your Line Manager Carry out daily building walks to ensure all floors are tidy and reset back to 'day one' and proactively manage any issues identified Act as the ‘face' for your areas of the building and provide proactive innovative solutions and resolution to colleague issues and provide visible assistance when required Activity planning and delivery to support the colleague engagement Support the team, ensuring the site always remains compliant with current Health & Safety legislation Ensure all building communications are up to date and in line with company expectations and have relevant info Key Requirements: Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential Comes from a hospitality and events background Excellent communication and customer service skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and portray vision, values and passion. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to successfully multitask and able to adjust tasks in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities in a high-pressured environment. Organized, independent and self-motivated, enthusiastic, dependable, detail-oriented, flexible in scheduling and prioritization.
