Our client, a respected facilities management provider, is seeking an experienced Fabric Technician to join their mobile maintenance team covering Bristol and the surrounding area. This is a stable, long-term opportunity offering a competitive salary and a supportive working environment.
The Role
You will carry out a range of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across commercial sites. Typical duties include:
- General fabric repairs
- Basic plumbing or carpentry tasks
- Minor building and property maintenance
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
This is a mobile role, and a company van and fuel card are provided.
Candidate Requirements
We welcome applicants from both commercial and domestic maintenance backgrounds. To be considered, you must hold one of the following:
- City & Guilds qualification in plumbing or carpentry
- NVQ in plumbing or carpentry
You should be confident working independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
