Electrical & Mechanical Engineers- £40,000-£44,000 Bristol, Stoke Gifford
I am currently looking to speak to Electrical & Mechanical Engineers for a corporate site based in Stoke Gifford, Bristol.
The need is for 1 Electrical & 1 Mechanical Engineers to come and join a 5-person engineering team and continue to provide an efficient service of maintenance across electrical and building services.

As a Maintenance Engineer you will be required to work Monday-Friday 8-5

Day to Day Duties;
- PPM, reactive maintenance
- Working on Electrical, Mechanical and general building services
- Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner
- Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve
- Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.
- Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues
- Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client
- Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency
- Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters
All plant will be monitored on a planned maintenance basis regularly as well as dealingwith all reactive repairs that arise on a daily basis. xiskglj All applicants must come from a strong maintenancebackground and have the ability to deal with a fast-paced commercial environment.

The successful candidate must have;
- With at least 5 years experience in building services
- Core qualificationsare key in this role the minimumrequirement is Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Equivalent in Mechanical
- Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
