Location: Leeds (2 Healthcare Sites) Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum Schedule: Monday to Friday About the Role: Were looking for a dedicated and skilled Mechanical/Ventilation Engineer to join our clients team, maintaining and servicing critical systems across two healthcare sites in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a rewarding and supportive environment, where your expertise will directly contribute to the comfort and safety of healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities: Attend to mechanical plant operations and maintenance. Perform plumbing tasks and resolve system issues as required. Service and maintain ventilation units , Air Handling Units (AHUs) , and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) . Conduct routine checks and proactive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
