Our Client is looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance engineer to work in a large commercial building in Canary wharf. You will be working for one of the most well known Property companies known for their training and generous benefits package including bonus, private healthcare generous pension. On offer is a salary of up to £48,500. Day to Day Duties You will be working 4 on 4 off days only, 7am-7pm, you will be part of a team of engineers responsible for the maintenance of the following: Control Panels Lighting Emergency lighting tests Single and Three phrase AHU and FCU maintenance . Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast\’s, Control panel, Power distribution) Fire Alarm Test\’s Pumps: replacement of pump shaft seals (to fix leaks), replacement of small Pumps. General plumbing maintenance: etc. Pressurisation units: service and repair of closed system pressurisation units. HVAC plant Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Chillers – Re-set BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readings Qualifications/Requirements
