Large site – lot of walking and covering surrounding buildings.

  • Lead Engineer (Electrical) – They will look to progress into Site Manager
  • City and Guilds, Level 3 qualified (Ideally NVQ) or equivalent + 17th Edition Minimum
  • Monday-Friday 40 hrs per week, 8.00am to 5.00pm
  • Salary £45k
  • 25 Days Annual Leave
  • Someone comfortable with using handheld devices and reporting directly into CAFM systems (eLogbook’s/Vantify) would be at an advantage
  • Experience in the retail sector or at least working in proximity to members of the public would be an advantage
  • This is an additional role to support the current site team. The Site Electrician needs backup with Electrical Planned and Reactive tasks and cover when on leave. The engineer needs to be “Lead” so they can cover for the Site Supervisor when he takes annual leave.
