A fantastic opportunity for an Air Conditioning Engineer has become available to work for one of the UK’s leading FM companies working on high-end technical commercial sites in Wigan and surrounding areas.
On offer is a salary of up to £45,000 with the opportunity to boost earnings with overtime and internal company progression.
Key Tasks:- Carrying out scheduled maintenance on Building Service systems
- Maintaining AHUs and FCUs / VRVs and VRFs
- Surveying sites where cooling systems are to be fitted
- Planning the layout of pipework, ducts and control panels
- Installing components
- Carrying out quality checks to make sure systems are working properly and safely
- F Gas – Cat 1
- AC & Refrigeration level 2
- Minimum of 3 years experience
