To deliver mechanical and electrical maintenance across a multi-site portfolio in Westminster and Mayfair, primarily in commercial or high-profile office buildings. To provide electrical-focused maintenance while supporting mechanical plant operations including pumps and expansion vessels. To ensure all site systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual and statutory requirements. To take ownership of assigned sites and assist with compliance, fault diagnosis, and preventative maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Service, fault-find, and maintain electrical systems, supporting mechanical plant such as pumps, expansion vessels, and associated equipment.
  • Maintain and operate plant safely, ensuring compliance with health & safety and site procedures.
  • Accurately complete all maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Work across multiple sites: 3 days on a primary site in Westminster, 2 days across 3 Mayfair sites on the same road.
  • Participate in weekend or Saturday work as required, with day off in lieu.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support ongoing training and professional development.
  • Minimise overtime through effective planning and time management.
  • Utilise tools stored onsite (Westminster and Mayfair) with no requirement to travel with personal tools.

Personal Experience / Qualifications / Skills

  • Strong electrical bias with experience in mechanical plant, pumps, and expansion vessels.
  • Previous experience in multi-site building services or commercial M&E environments.
  • Ability to fault-find and maintain both electrical and mechanical systems safely.
  • Professional approach, good communication skills, and ability to work independently across sites.
  • Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and adapt to multi-site scheduling.
  • Desire for progression and ongoing training.

Working Hours & Benefits

  • Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
  • Salary: Up to Β£55,000 per annum
  • Weekend work on a rota with day off in lieu
  • Tools provided at both Westminster and Mayfair sites – no need to travel with tools

Accountabilities

  • Accountable to the Contract Manager or Site Supervisor.
  • Responsible for safe operation and maintenance of assigned sites.
  • No direct line management responsibility.
