The role involves handling telephone and email queries from clients and engineers, raising and closing jobs in the CAFM system, and ensuring work orders are allocated to the right engineer based on skills and proximity.
You will work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, manage invoices and purchase orders, and support colleagues to meet service level
