The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Valuation Surveyor (Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level) to join a well-established team based in Bristol, covering the South West and South Wales. This is a dynamic and client-facing role, with exposure to a broad range of commercial, mixed-use, and residential property valuations—primarily for loan security, but also for accounts, portfolio review, and other purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with a range of clients, including lenders and property owners.
  • Conduct detailed inspections and valuations of commercial, mixed-use, and residential property assets.
  • Produce high-quality valuation reports with clear methodologies, market commentary, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • MRICS qualified.
