A market leading Real Estate consultancy are seeking talent to contribute to the growth of their Portfolio Valuation team in London. This role involves carrying out valuation services across a variety of assets for major clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing valuation services across commercial assets on behalf of key clients
  • Carrying out due diligence enquiries
  • Responsible for own portfolio of clients and their assets
  • Liaising with internal investment department
  • Managing existing client relationships on a day-to-day basis
  • Utilise valuation software (e.g., Argus/KEL) and leverage technology to enhance performance and efficiency
  • Build own network within and outside of the Valuation Business Line
  • Identify new business opportunities outside own discipline and pass on

Skills Required:

  • MRICS certified and proficient in conducting standard RICS Red Book valuations
  • Post qualification experience across commercial or mixed-use assets
  • Demonstrable record within valuation working for a leading consultancy or boutique firm
  • Working knowledge of Argus/KEL or other valuation software
  • Microsoft package proficient
  • Clean driving licence
