The Fund Valuation team provides best-in-class valuation and strategic advice to institutional investors, asset managers, and property funds across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Surveyor sitting in the Fund Valuation team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation reports and strategic insights for a diverse portfolio of real estate funds. You will work closely with clients to ensure compliance with RICS standards, market trends, and investment strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct valuations for a range of commercials for fund management and investment purposes.
