We are recruiting for a leading consultancy within their Fund Valuation team who provide best-in-class valuation and strategic advice to institutional investors, asset managers, and property funds across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their dynamic team.
As a Senior Surveyor sitting in the Fund Valuation team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation reports and strategic insights for a diverse portfolio of real estate funds. - Conduct valuations for a range of commercials for fund management and investment purposes.
- Provide detailed market analysis and strategic insights to institutional investors and asset managers.
- Ensure valuations comply with RICS Red Book standards and client-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams across investment, asset management, and research functions.
- Maintain and develop client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for valuation and portfolio strategy.
