Surveyor - Fund Valuation - London - Up to £45,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Valuation Surveyor to join a leading real estate advisory business in London. This role sits within a highly respected team specialising in valuation and fund reporting, offering exposure to a broad range of asset classes across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, MRICS-qualified surveyor to build a career in a dynamic and specialist valuation environment, with direct access to institutional clients and investment funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver valuation and advisory services for accounting, fund reporting, and investment purposes.
• Undertake physical inspections of properties and support senior surveyors on more complex valuations.
• Execute valuation modelling including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, tenant/lease setup, and sensitivity testing.
• Assist with the preparation of high-quality valuation reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams in London and offshore support functions to drive operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records and ensure compliance with internal quality and risk management protocols.
• Liaise with clients, delivering consistent, high-quality advice and maintaining professional relationships.
• Support with business development activities, including pitch documents, presentations, and market research.
• Work across multiple property sectors and assist on cross-divisional projects where required.
• Actively contribute to market intelligence gathering and strategic team initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• MRICS-qualified with a recognised real estate or surveying degree.
• Prior experience in valuation, ideally including fund or long income work.
• Competency in valuation tools such as Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer, and Excel.
• A strong understanding of UK commercial property markets and valuation standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing workload efficiently.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence required.
