About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated M&E Engineer to join my client’s team, covering a dynamic prestigious site in Redhill. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical & mechanical/plumbing systems.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers, air handling units, fan coil units and other essential systems.
- Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.
- Monitor BMS.
- Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Level 2 minimum in an Engineering related field, Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Plumbing etc.
- Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
- Knowledge of commercial building systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
