Fabric Engineer / Handy Man iPSWICH Up to 33,000 + Benefits A leading FM provider has a need for an experienced Fabric Engineer / Handy Man to come and join a well-established static contract based in IPSWICH. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company renowned for their internal progression, training and long-term stability. On offer is a competitive salary of up to 33,000, working Monday Friday, 07:00 15:00, 37 hours per week. * To carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance as instructed by the Helpdesk * To undertake general building maintenance, repairs and upkeep across the site * To carry out basic repairs to doors, locks, walls, ceilings, flooring and other building fabric * To assist with basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating tasks where required * To identify faults and report any issues requiring specialist attention * To participate in the emergency call out rota as required * To carry out tasks within typical plant room environments and at high level, working from platforms and ladders.
