We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join a well-established site in Long Sutton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified engineer looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with a competitive salary and excellent work-life balance.
The Role: As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a busy site, ensuring all electrical systems and equipment are operating safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in a timely manner.
- Complete maintenance records and documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise plant performance and reliability.
- Work closely with the wider engineering and operational teams.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3, or equivalent electrical qualification.
- Previous experience within a maintenance or engineering environment.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good understanding of electrical systems and controls.
