Location: Slough

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm

An excellent opportunity has become vacant. My client is looking for someone to work for one of the UK’s leading FM companies in a technically challenging building within Manchester. A salary up to 42k with the chance to boost your earnings with overtime.

Key Tasks:

  • Maintain mechanical plant including pumps, seals, motors, AHU’s
  • Diagnose faults and carry out necessary remedial repair on systems, plant and equipment when required
  • Work in accordance with given instructions, safe working practices and method statements ensuring relevant documentation is completed in an accurate timely manner and filed correctly
  • Carry out PPM and reactive tasks
  • Be a good communicator and work well in a team

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds or NVQ mechanical engineering, plumbing or heating ventilation level 1, 2
  • 2+ years minimum experience
