We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Centre Shift Manager to join a leading organisation in Slough’s Data Centre operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a solid background in data centre operations, including holding a valid HV ticket.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small shift team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the data centre.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors on-site daily.
- Monitor and maintain high operational standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure the timely response to any technical issues or emergencies that may arise, coordinating with relevant teams as needed.
