We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a prestigious multi-building site based on Tottenham Court Road. The Role
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective supervision and coordination of engineering activities across four buildings, leading three separate onsite teams to ensure the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of maintenance services. Working closely with the Contract Manager and client, you will ensure high standards of service delivery, health and safety compliance, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate three onsite engineering teams across four commercial buildings.
- Ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed to agreed standards and timescales.
- Monitor contractor performance and oversee specialist subcontractors.
- Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance with all site procedures.
- Carry out regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Support the planning and allocation of workloads and resources.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through excellent service delivery.
- Assist with reporting, compliance documentation and statutory requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering teams.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Site Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience working within commercial building maintenance.
- Good understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant technical qualifications (electrical, mechanical or building services) are advantageous.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
Call Out
- 1 in 3 to 4 week call-out rota
- £100 standby payment per rota
- Overtime available to significantly enhance earnings
