About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at a static site in Warrington. Leading a team of two engineers and a mobile plumber, you’ll ensure the smooth running of site activities, delivering high-quality building services and maintaining compliance with health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project timelines are met
- Manage and support a small team of engineers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards
- Conduct site inspections and ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the building services or facilities management sector
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
