We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical or Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a prestigious corporate office building based in Baker Street, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for a stable, long-term role on a single-man site with excellent benefits, overtime opportunities, and a professional working environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of a high-end corporate office building, ensuring all building services systems are maintained to a high standard.
Duties will include:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance and fault finding
- Electrical or mechanical plant maintenance
- AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, lighting, emergency lighting, HVAC systems
- Escorting specialist subcontractors
- Maintaining site records and compliance documentation
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered to at all times
- Providing excellent client-facing service
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience working within commercial building maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience within corporate office environments desirable
- Ability to work independently on a single-man site
- Good communication and client-facing skills
