About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a prestigious commercial estate at Broadgate, Liverpool Street. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a high-profile portfolio, ensuring exceptional property management, occupier satisfaction, operational excellence and financial performance. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards across the estate while supporting sustainability and ESG objectives.

As a senior member of the team, you will provide leadership and support to Property Managers, oversee service charge budgets, health and safety compliance, contractor performance and occupier engagement initiatives. This role is ideally suited to a commercially minded property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences within one of London's leading commercial destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Property Managers across the estate, providing guidance, performance management, training and professional development to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of annual service charge budgets, quarterly forecasts and management accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, clients, retail partners acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring a first-class occupier experience.
  • Proactively gather and act upon occupier feedback, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, operational performance and asset value.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of lease obligations and service delivery requirements, maintaining compliance with landlord and tenant responsibilities.
  • Act as the Responsible Person during emergency situations, ensuring robust incident management procedures, risk assessments and business continuity plans are maintained and communicated effectively.
  • Oversee all health, safety and compliance activities across the portfolio, ensuring properties operate in line with legislative requirements, company policies and industry best practice.
  • Manage service partners and contractors, ensuring contracts are delivered effectively, safely and in line with agreed performance standards.
  • Work closely with occupier engagement teams, facilities management and operational stakeholders to support flexible workspace and customer-focused initiatives where applicable.
  • Champion sustainability and ESG objectives, driving initiatives across energy management, waste reduction, water efficiency and environmental performance.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on operational performance, occupier engagement, financial matters and any significant issues affecting the portfolio.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure the estate continues to meet the highest standards of presentation, service and placemaking.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience within commercial property management, ideally managing high-profile, multi-let office or mixed-use assets.
  • Strong service charge budgeting, financial management and reporting experience.
  • Excellent understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, lease interpretation and occupier management.
  • Demonstrable experience managing health & safety, compliance and operational risk within commercial properties.
  • Experience managing contractors, service partners and outsourced service delivery teams.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience developing and supporting high-performing teams.
  • Highly organised, methodical and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • IOSH, NEBOSH, MRICS or other relevant property qualifications would be advantageous.
