We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Management Surveyor to oversee the daily operations of a diverse commercial, industrial, and retail property portfolio. The role requires regular communication with institutional fund management clients and leadership over a team of property managers, graduates, and on-site staff. You will also work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients, occupiers, and internal teams.
- Preparing detailed client reports on property management performance, service levels, and financial matters.
- Managing rental income, service charge budgets, and lease compliance to ensure financial accuracy.
- Advising on asset value enhancement, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and investment strategies.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce specialist services, including sustainability initiatives and strategic property improvements.
- Overseeing common area services and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Conducting or arranging regular property inspections to monitor compliance and service delivery.
- Assisting with acquisitions, disposals, and tenant applications for assignments, subletting, and alterations.
