An immediate opportunity has arisen in London for an experienced Property Manager to join an Asset Management prop co firm in their leading Retail Management team. The role will be overseeing and managing the retail portfolio offering a salary of up to £60k per annum.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day to day operations of retail assets
  • Implement leasing strategies and negotiate lease agreements
  • Aiding redevelopment work on Shopping Centre Assets
  • Working closely with some of the biggest global investors
  • Providing market leading services to clients
  • Liaising internally with experts across other departments
  • Preparing reports for client meetings
