Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Salary: £35,000 basic + uncapped commission & bonus scheme

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and growing team specialising in Facilities Management (FM) Engineering temporary placements across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established desk with warm clients and existing business, giving you the platform to build relationships, generate revenue, and maximise your earnings from day one.

The Role

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle within the FM Engineering temporary market
  • Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Sourcing, screening, and placing skilled engineering candidates
  • Managing temporary workers and client requirements daily
  • Negotiating rates, contracts, and placements
  • Working towards individual and team revenue targets
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service and compliance

  • Previous recruitment experience preferred (FM, engineering, construction, or industrial sectors advantageous)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated by targets, commission, and career progression
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment
