Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Workplace Coordinator to help create a welcoming, efficient and well-run workplace for our employees, clients and visitors based in Reading.
You’ll be at the heart of the day-to-day office experience, coordinating facilities, suppliers, events and workplace services while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the workplace and office facilities.
- Welcome visitors and provide a professional, friendly first impression.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, deliveries and maintenance.
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, suppliers and building management.
- Organise workplace events, meetings and team activities.
- Support health & safety, fire safety and workplace compliance processes.
- Monitor office standards and proactively resolve any issues.
- Manage facilities-related invoices, purchase orders and budgets where required.
- Support onboarding and offboarding by coordinating workplace requirements.
- Help create an engaging, inclusive and enjoyable office environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve workplace processes, efficiency and employee experience. Key Requirements:

- Friendly, approachable and confident working with people at all levels.
- Proactive and able to spot and solve problems before they become issues.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
