Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Workplace Coordinator to help create a welcoming, efficient and well-run workplace for our employees, clients and visitors based in Reading.

You’ll be at the heart of the day-to-day office experience, coordinating facilities, suppliers, events and workplace services while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the workplace and office facilities.
  • Welcome visitors and provide a professional, friendly first impression.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, deliveries and maintenance.
  • Liaise with landlords, contractors, suppliers and building management.
  • Organise workplace events, meetings and team activities.
  • Support health & safety, fire safety and workplace compliance processes.
  • Monitor office standards and proactively resolve any issues.
  • Manage facilities-related invoices, purchase orders and budgets where required.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding by coordinating workplace requirements.
  • Help create an engaging, inclusive and enjoyable office environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workplace processes, efficiency and employee experience. Key Requirements:
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Friendly, approachable and confident working with people at all levels.
  • Proactive and able to spot and solve problems before they become issues.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A clear and confident communicator.
  • Practical, hands-on and willing to get involved.
  • Confident managing external suppliers and contractors.
