I’m currently recruiting for a Reactive Manager opportunity within Building Services/FM, supporting operations across the London Underground network. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong and operationally driven manager with both Mechanical and Electrical qualifications to oversee reactive maintenance delivery within a fast-paced and safety-critical environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reactive works, engineering teams and subcontractors, ensuring all maintenance activities are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with strict client and operational standards. The role will focus heavily on service delivery, compliance, engineer management and maintaining high performance across a busy reactive maintenance operation within the transport sector.

Ideal for candidates with:

  • Mechanical & Electrical City & Guilds Level 1 & 2 qualifications
  • Previous experience working within Building Services/FM reactive maintenance
  • Experience working on London Underground or within critical transport environments
  • Strong understanding of compliance, health & safety and permit systems
  • Experience managing engineers and subcontractors within reactive environments
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage fast-paced maintenance operations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within high-pressure, client-facing environments
