This is a mobile HVAC role covering a premium commercial portfolio inside the M25. You will work on a planned route with structured call management. The role suits an engineer who enjoys fault finding, service quality, and technical variety.

Responsibilities

  • Planned servicing and maintenance of HVAC equipment
  • Reactive fault finding and breakdown response
  • Working on VRV and VRF systems, splits, and packaged units
  • Supporting basic chiller and AHU checks depending on site setup
  • Fault finding on controls, sensors, and basic BMS interfaces
  • Completing minor repairs, part changes, and first line install support
  • Completing service reports and compliance paperwork
  • Using a CAFM system to update tasks and close jobs accurately
  • Liaising with clients and site contacts professionally

What We're Looking For

  • F Gas qualification
  • NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or HVAC
  • Commercial maintenance experience
  • Strong fault finding skills and clean reporting
  • Full UK driving licence
