Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
  • Diagnose and repair faults across mechanical plant and equipment.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety procedures.
  • Complete maintenance reports and service documentation accurately.
  • Support site operations to minimise downtime and maintain performance.
  • Liaise with colleagues, contractors, and site management when required.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical Engineering qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent).
  • Previous experience within commercial building services, facilities management, or a similar maintenance environment.
