Working on a prestigious site, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical systems, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair faults across mechanical plant and equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety procedures.
- Complete maintenance reports and service documentation accurately.
- Support site operations to minimise downtime and maintain performance.
- Liaise with colleagues, contractors, and site management when required.
- Mechanical Engineering qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent).
- Previous experience within commercial building services, facilities management, or a similar maintenance environment.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety practices.
- A proactive and reliable approach to work.
- Salary up to £40,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday working hours (8am – 5pm)
