Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of 3–4 engineers on-site
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance
  • Ensure all mechanical systems are operating efficiently and safely
  • Allocate and supervise workloads across the engineering team
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineers
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and site procedures
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and site management teams

Requirements:

  • Qualified Mechanical Engineer (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a supervisory, lead or senior engineering role
  • Strong mechanical maintenance background within commercial building services
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and leadership abilities
