We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider based in Peckham, London. The Role: As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a commercial building services environment. You will ensure all electrical systems and associated plant are maintained to a high standard while delivering excellent service to clients.
Key Duties:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
- Attending reactive maintenance breakdowns
- Electrical fault finding and repairs
- Maintaining lighting, power, emergency lighting, and control systems
- Working on general building services systems
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures
- Completing maintenance reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Qualified electrically (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- 18th Edition desirable
- Experience working within building services / commercial maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Package:
- £40,000 basic salary
