NQ / Surveyor - Commercial Valuations - London - Up to £38,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance + Bonus

Overview:

A well-established, forward-thinking property consultancy is seeking a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join its growing London-based team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of commercial property valuations with a clear path for professional development.

The position would suit a proactive, client-focused surveyor who is either recently qualified or has a couple of years\’ post-qualification experience. You’ll be part of an established valuation team, with the autonomy to manage instructions and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality valuation reports for a range of commercial properties across London and the South East.
• Undertake valuations for loan security, financial reporting, acquisition, and strategic advice.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and build lasting professional relationships.
• Use valuation software such as Argus and Microsoft Excel to conduct appraisals and analysis.
• Generate new business opportunities and contribute to ongoing team development.
• Keep up to date with local property market trends, regulation, and best practice.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery excellence.

Requirements:

• MRICS qualified (or close to qualification).
• Previous experience in commercial property valuation, ideally including loan security work.
• Proficient in valuation software such as Argus Enterprise (or similar).
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Confident, personable, and client-focused with a commercial mindset.
• Solid understanding of the London property market is advantageous.
